Innovation, creativity and problem solving doesn’t happen in isolation. You have to create moments of serendipity and you have create the environments and contexts for diversity of thinking to occur. If we all thought like me, or as one, we would never be the innovative, problem-solving company that we are – diversity and balance are the key. I’m involved in TLA because it creates that network where different mindsets can come together, and it actively ensures diversity in all senses is high on the tech and entrepreneurial agenda.
