Sarah was deeply moved to co-start this mission having seen first hand as an executive headhunter the lack of female talent being put forward for senior leadership roles.
Her passion for all things tech, talent and community has seen her drive and support many industry initiatives including being co-founder of Croydon Tech City which became one of the fastest growing tech clusters in the UK.
Dedicated to affecting large scale change through relationships, Sarah has developed an international network of industry stakeholders to influence positive change.
She sits on the Advisory Board for Tech London Advocates, Diversity advisory board for Founders4Schools and was on the SMB Commission for the London Borough of Croydon, member of the Founding Steering group for the TechTalentCharter and an Ambassador for London Tech Week.
Sarah has been nominated in the top 10 most influential women in UK Tech and regularly facilitates workshop across the private and public sector advising on the power of diversity and challenging the status quo.
